Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Quillow subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel:
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → select Quillow → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID used to subscribe, then open Quillow and sign in with Apple. Your subscription will restore automatically. If it doesn't, tap Restore Purchases on the paywall screen.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Quillow, tap the gear icon in the top-left of the Home screen to open Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, children, pets, storybooks, and stories from our servers and your device. The action cannot be undone.
My stories aren't generating — what do I do?
Story generation requires an internet connection. If generation fails repeatedly, try closing and reopening the app, or check that you're connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data. If the issue continues, email us at support@highstormlabs.com with a brief description of what happened.
